This new one-story administrative office building included site work and interior finishes. Site work consists of underground utilities (water, sewer, power), grading and paving. Construction materials used in the building are concrete, masonry, storefront glass, stucco, masonry veneer, steel joists and both standing-seam and composite roofing. This building achieved a LEED Silver Certification.
