New College Residence Halls

This project consists of f ive (5) two-story student residence halls providing over 200 new student beds as well various support and common areas including meeting rooms, study rooms, lounges, kitchens, a 3rd floor observatory, and miscellaneous service areas. Private bedrooms, share a common suite with private bath and kitchenette. Suites share larger common area spaces with exposed heavy timber trusses, clerestory windows, outdoor auditorium seating, and attractive architecture. Elevators provide accessibility to upper floors. Card swipe access provides security and accessibility via automatic door openers.
