Located in the highly-visible Monterey Triangle with major roads on three sides of the property, this impressive structure is the tallest building in Stuart, Florida. Construction materials used were concrete, impact resistant curtain wall and reinforced non-load-bearing masonry. The exterior walls slope outward from the base and a unique drive-through canopy with skylight graces the front of the structure. The interior features a three-story atrium and glass-backed elevator cab .
