Manatee Community College Student Union Building Renovations

The original building was built in the 1960’s and was approximately 9,000SF with two additions following in 1974 and 1981. The mechanical systems were outdated and in need of replacement.

This challenging project to an occupied facility was divided into three phases. Phase I was the selective demolition and relocation of the campus bookstore; Phase II was the construction and relocation of a modern commercial kitchen; Phase III was the main dining area.
