Lux-Art Silks, International New Warehouse and Showroom

This facility is constructed of a combination of pre-engineered metal building and masonry load-bearing structural elements to house both showroom and manufacturing operations . The project contains approximately one-third office and display area with the remaining space devoted to manufacturing and a loading dock for international shipping. Inside the front entrance, an office was built to simulate an "Old Florida Style Cracker" house complete with front porch. Another notable feature is the year-round 3,000 SF Christmas tree display area. Located on a wooded lot, the site was reconfigured to keep the old growth trees.
