Components of the new middle school located across the street from North Port High School include s tructural Steel with a post and lintel structure, masonry shear walls, light-gauge metal framing and exterior stucco . The roof is composed of rigid insulation with a modified bitumen roof system. The two-story structure has a metal and concrete deck.
