This facility is constructed of wood trusses, a concrete tile and modified bitumen roof, aluminum storefront windows. Interior finishes include extensive interior wood trim, carpet, ceramic tile, epoxy resin flooring and marble countertops. Exterior amenities include a porte-cochere, a garden area with fountain, an expansive rear veranda, and a cart barn. Additional interior amenities include a bar overlooking the putting green, restaurant, grill room and bar on the first level, pro shop, locker rooms, small theatre and several intimate conversation areas with soft lighting and comfortable seating.
