F.C.C.I Corporate Headquarters - Lakewood Ranch Sarasota

Four buildings on a 40-acre office campus make up the F.C.C.I. Insurance Company Corporate Offices. The main building is a three-story, 300,000 SF structure that includes a 40,000 SF storage attic. Construction materials include 800 piles, a cast-in-place concrete pan structure with architectural precast concrete exterior panels, 40,000 SF of bulletproof windows, a 150 MPH standing seam roof and a state-of-art facilities management system. A separate mechanical building houses cooling towers for chilled water and generators to power all of the buildings and site requirements. Extensive landscaping completes the package. The project was fast-tracked to meet the owner’s desired occupancy.
