Buffalo Creek Middle School

Seven buildings, two stories each, were constructed of concrete block with tie beams, bar joists, steel columns and beams, metal deck, single-ply membrane roof, brick veneer, aluminum windows and hollow-metal exterior doors. Included are typical finishes and equipment for a middle school.

The Community Center at Buffalo Creek Park was also constructed as part of this contract. The center has meeting rooms, a fitness center, residential-style kitchen, offices and locker areas. Construction materials include masonry with stucco, pitched bar joist with metal roofing, clerestory windows, and rubber and wood flooring.
